Your identity card or foreign passport, required to conclude a contract for organized travel. The data from your identity document: Three names in Latin and Cyrillic, Date of birth, Social Security number, Date of issue and validity of the document or a clear copy of these documents. If necessary, we will contact you to clarify the details of the trip. Additionally, you will receive all the necessary documents and invoices for your trip.

You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer to the agency’s account. Down payment of 30% up to 3 working days after drawing up the contract and the balance 30 days before departure.
For the services you have booked, you will receive the relevant documents one week before departure. Please pay attention immediately after receiving the documents to the completeness of the documentation and the accuracy of the written data. If you find errors or inaccuracies, please inform us immediately at the indicated email

The reservation is considered valid after filling out a contract for organized travel and making a deposit.
If you are a Bulgarian citizen, each program states whether a visa is required to visit the specific country.
If you are a citizen of another country, you should personally check with the consular department of the relevant country (including the countries through which you will pass in transit during your trip).
Infants and children up to 2 years of age are not entitled to free baggage, except for a portable baby carrier and/or collapsible stroller and baby food for the flight.
Children under the age of 2 pay only airport fees and do not use a seat on the plane, but are placed on their parents’ laps. Children do not use an extra bed in the hotel – they are accommodated in their parents’ bed. A baby cot is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for it. The amount that needs to be paid for a child under 2 years of age may be different for different programs. Information can be obtained by contacting us at the contacts indicated on our website.
All tourists who have past 3 trips with us become our regular customers. The discount for a regular customer is in the amount of 3% of the basic price of the tourist package. The discount is not charged on the additionally requested excursions and services. The discount is valid for non-promotional offers and cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.
We accept payments by bank transfer and in cash.
Medical insurance is included in group travel. Terms and coverage may vary by insurer.
Individual hotel reservations are without medical insurance.
