Payment and Cancellations

Payment of the reservation

You have the option to pay a deposit, a surcharge or the full amount of your reservation:

Cancellation terms:

in case of cancellation by 18:00 on the 1st working day following the day on which the contract was concluded – 0% of the final price of the package;
in case of cancellation after 18:00 on the 1st working day for the Tour Operator, following the day on which the Contract was concluded up to and including the 45th day before the departure date – 20% of the final price of the package;
in case of cancellation from the 44th to the 30th day inclusive before the departure date – 30% of the final price of the package;
in case of cancellation from the 29th to the 15th day inclusive before the departure date – 75% of the final price of the package;
in case of cancellation from the 14th day before the date of departure until the day of departure, including in case of no-show for departure at the specified time and place – 100% of the final price of the package.
